Ce sera majoritairement un apport en cash. Comme Scipion, je ne souhaite pas augmenter mon levier dans les conditions actuelles, néanmoins je trouve la balance risque/bénéfice de ces investissements à horizon 12 mois, correction éventuelle comprise, largement positive, donc je souhaite les faire.

Résultats d’un rabbit hole entraîné par la découverte du fonds Tanaka growth via le post de corsaire00 sur la file d’Amyris qui m’a fait scanner plusieurs ETFs US Small caps growth).
Toutes ces sociétés sont (parfois très) rentables, bénéficient d’un excellent momentum 6 mois (souvent de +50% à +100% depuis septembre) et se négocient encore à des multiples très raisonnables, la hausse étant aussi la conséquence d’excellentes publications.

En tapant fuel dans la barre de recherche zonebourse pour revoir les fondamentaux de Fuelcell. Ce sera donc à toute petite dose, avant tout pour pouvoir les suivre. Il n’est pas impossible que leur valeur soit proche de 0 pour un actionnaire qui rentre maintenant (soit parce qu’il n’y a pas de business, soit parce qu’il sera dilué jusqu’à la mort)
- Everfuel, présentée par CV juste avant son IPO fin octobre mais je n’y avais pas prêté attention. Cours multiplié par 7 (oui, 7) depuis, mais a enchaîné les annonces de contrat, donc pas (totalement) injustifié. Ex-filiale de Nel avec laquelle ils ont créé une JV pour développer une offre retail d’hydrogène en Norvège

Pour rappel, les BDC c’est du capital risque, et c’est là pour procurer du rendement. Elles font travailler mon cash, et, même si elles prendront aussi une petite gifle en cas de correction du marché, elles pourront tout de même agir comme collatéral pour investir sur ce qui corrige.

Si elles ne font pas +100% à l’ouverture
- Agrify (mardi) : agriculture verticale. En français, de quoi faire pousser de la beuh en ville.
- Shoals Technologies (mercredi) : interface panneaux solaires/réseau électrique. Très intéressante
- Qualtrics (jeudi) : "customer XM" (ne me demandez pas ce que c’est), SaaS mon cul etc. Achetée par SAP pour $8B il y a 18 mois, introduit 15% du capital sur une valo de $12B. Ne gagne bien évidemment pas d’argent et surtout a la très mauvaise idée de payer ses stock-based compensations en cash. C’est donc pour le coup une vraie dépense, et c’est 40% du CA en 2020… C’est censé s’expliquer par l’earn-out du au rachat par SAP, mais c’est vraiment un poste à regarder, car ce niveau-là de captation de valeur par les salariés n’est juste pas viable.
Devrait être cash break-even en 2021 et sortir dans les $100M de FCF en 2022, et $100M de plus chaque année (estimation au doigt mouillé sur la base de la hausse des subscriptions revenues qui dégagent une marge de 90%). Donc à $12B de valo c’est déjà bien tendu, si le stock pop jeudi, ce qui est hautement prévisible, ce sera sans moi
- Trinity Capital (vendredi) : une BDC intéressante
- Vinci Partners (jeudi), AM/Private Equity au Brésil. Pas forcément idiot pour s’exposer à l’économie brésilienne, mais je n’ai pas encore lu le S1, donc à voir.
